Support ki taraf se toh achha tha ki calls ka reply toh mil jata, magar thoda wait bhi karna padta kabhi. Matlab, ye system try toh kiya, but start karne mein bahut der ho gayi. Basic database ko handle karne mein toh theek tha, but overall jo workflow hai usme thodi improvement chahiye.
