bad labels made setup confusing

Honestly I was trying to get started quick but the wording in the software was just not clear. It seemed like every label was either too technical or not matching what I expected, so I kept guessing what each option meant. This made onboarding slow and frustrating which was the last thing I wanted. I called support but sometimes the explanation was also wordy and didnt help much. I just wanted straightforward labels that anyone could understand. Even the payment prompts had weird wording which added confusion since I wasnt sure what I was signing up for exactly. Honestly this software didnt feel friendly for users like me who are new and just want simple steps. The database feature labels were also hard to get, not intuitive at all. Overall the whole experience felt like a never-ending puzzle rather than a helpful tool and that’s why I’m quite disappointed.
