Average response, not quite there
When I first reached out to inquire about the WFHI software, the initial response times were slower than I expected, which was a bit frustrating given how important prompt communication is during the sales and pre-purchase phase. It did improve slightly after multiple follow-ups, but still not consistently quick. The information provided was accurate and clarified some doubts I had about the features, which I appreciated, but overall the lack of responsiveness made the process more cumbersome than it should be. I was also trying to understand how the onboarding would fit with my workflow, and some of my questions weren’t addressed clearly on the first try. While I acknowledge that the person I eventually connected with was somewhat helpful and gave me useful pointers, the inconsistency in communication made me hesitate about fully committing. It’s essential that potential customers can get reliable answers promptly in this phase, and WFHI’s response was patchy at best, which was disappointing.
