Automatic updates worked smoothly, but invoicing needs tweak
I found that the automatic updates for the software ran without any glitches day to day, which made everything more seamless to use. However, the invoicing process left a bit to be desired. On a couple of occasions, the invoice details appeared delayed or were missing specific breakdowns that I expected to see. This made it harder to reconcile payments against usage properly. Despite that, the payment process itself functioned smoothly once I figured out those small annoyances with the invoices. If the invoicing gets clearer, this would be closer to seamless billing overall.
