Automatic updates were a nightmare

I tried to set up the WFHI software for our small remote team, hoping it would be a mostly one-off setup like they said. Unfortunately, most of the setup felt ongoing and never really settled. At first, installation was straightforward enough, and I appreciated how the software accessed our calling tools. That part worked well without needing extra tweaks. But then the automatic updates started rolling in without clear warnings, breaking some features and forcing me to redo configurations. It became exhausting to keep adjusting. The onboarding flow promised a smooth start, yet I found myself repeatedly waiting on telephonic support which was often slow or could not offer more than generic advice. I'd hoped the database feature would integrate seamlessly, but I had to spend a lot of time setting custom parameters that should have been default by now. Honestly, after a week of battling continuous glitches and unclear billing labels, I was tired of repeating myself every time an update hit. It feels like the setup is never fully done, and that's frustrating when trying to maintain a steady workflow. I wish things had been more stable from the beginning so I could focus on using the software, not fixing it.
