Automatic updates went well, but setup needed my patience
Reflecting back on my time using the WFHI software, I found the automatic updates feature quite reliable and beneficial. They rolled out without interrupting my daily workflow, which I think is a strong point of the platform. However, the initial software setup and getting used to the calling tools required more self-guided learning than I initially expected. While the training materials provided a foundation, I spent a considerable amount of time figuring out how to customize the dialer and make the best use of the database features for my own workflow. Support was available, but I preferred to experiment and explore on my own, which sometimes led to a bit of trial and error. The sign-up and payment processes were smooth, with no issues in invoicing and billing. Looking back, I appreciate the balance of automation with manual discovery, though I would have liked a bit more interactive support during the first few days. Overall, the experience was mixed but positive; the core software is solid, and with a bit more guidance, it would have been easier to get fully up to speed.
