At least the labels weren't confusing

So honestly, I was pretty lost just trying to get the sales stuff sorted out during sign-up. The wording everywhere felt kind of all over the place, like they weren't really clear on what the options meant or what I was committing to. It wasn't like the usual straightforward labels you'd expect. And I kept second-guessing what I was clicking. The one thing I did find okay was the database labels – they were pretty straightforward and made sense in the context of managing contacts. But beyond that, trying to figure out what certain terms even referred to or how they connected to features was a pain. I felt like I had to guess a lot, which is frustrating when you’re trying to get everything ready without much time. I mean, software and training is supposed to be clear on these points, right? But the sales side felt rushed or just poorly thought out in terms of how the information was presented. I expected simpler explanations or some sort of walkthrough with clear terms, but it was anything but. I don’t want to bash it completely because the technical terms used in the calling tool section were decent. Still, it messed up my early experience and made me doubt if everything else would be as confusing. Overall, not the smoothest start, and I wish they had spent more time on how they label and organize this initial stuff.
