At least the database feature was okay
Honestly, finding what I needed in the software was more complicated than I expected. The sign-up and onboarding process didn’t give me a clear path, so I ended up spending quite some time navigating menus that weren’t very intuitive. The calling tools and dialer had potential but lacked clear labels, which made things confusing especially when trying to integrate the database feature into my workflow. However, I will grant the automatic updates worked smoothly and didn’t interrupt my work, so that was a relief. Still, I think WFHI could improve the way they organize options and instructions before purchase so users don’t feel lost even at the start. Payment and invoicing were straightforward enough, but the overall experience left me more frustrated than anything else, with only the updates standing out as a positive part of the entire process.
