At least the calling tool was decent
I had tried to adjust the software usage around my actual work hours, expecting some flexibility, but honestly, it didn't fit well. The dialer and calling tools were okay, nothing special, but they worked alright during the few hours I did manage to use them. The database feature felt mostly cluttered and hard to customize for my workflows, which meant setting up always took longer than it should. Onboarding was slow, and support seemed stretched thin, barely able to address the difficulties I faced. Automatic updates came through, but sometimes they broke some established preferences or interfaces, causing frustration. The payment and invoicing process was routine, so I won't complain there. The sign-up was straightforward, but the actual setup was a struggle because it didn't accommodate my shift timings well. I think they need to rethink how usage hours align with the software's active features and communication systems. If the hours worked for me, maybe I'd have persisted more, but until then, it feels like a mismatch. So yeah, the calling tool was okay, but that's about all I can say.
