At least the basics were clear

Hey, so I just have to say that the support wasn't as clear as I hoped. A few things took a while to understand, and I felt a bit lost at times. But, on the bright side, the introductory information gave me a basic idea of the system at least. Just wish they could have been more straightforward with everything else, you know?
