While you did provide explanations, I sometimes found them a bit too technical and packed. I had to re-read some parts to really understand the database section and the calling tools. Still, once I got the hang of it, things ran smoothly and updates didn’t mess with my workflow. You made it possible to discover each feature with clear documentation, though it definitely wasn’t a quick walkthrough. I appreciate the depth, and I feel confident now using the dialer and managing calls efficiently, but the effort it took before that point was significant.
