an unexpected delay in support communication
At first, I thought WFHI would provide quick support, but that wasn’t my experience. When I first tried to set up my account, it took longer than I anticipated to get any assistance. The system itself seemed fine, but there were connectivity issues that held me back for a while. It felt like I was waiting forever to sort out the basic functions, which made the whole process unnecessarily troublesome. Even after following up, I wasn't getting timely responses which left me quite frustrated. While I eventually got through and resolved my issues, it felt like a significant delay that could have been avoided. The way communication worked initially didn't match the level of service I hoped for, making it a bit off-putting. I will say the actual tools are decent, but if you need help right away, be prepared for some waiting time. That level of support was not what I expected based on what I heard around.
