an average ride with some bumps and learning curve
So my overall impression of using the WFHI setup for managing remote workflows is a bit mixed. On one hand, the sign-up and invoicing process felt straightforward enough, and the software itself had features that were useful like the database integration and the dialer tool which made calls a bit easier to manage. On the other hand, I found that some parts of the training were not as clear as I would have liked, so I guess I'd probably need some help next time around to get up to speed faster. The updates were automatic but occasionally brought minor bugs that took a couple of days to settle. The support was friendly enough but didn’t always have immediate answers. So overall, it was not a seamless experience but not a bad one either. I think next time I use it, I’ll definitely reach out sooner for help because the self-exploration route took longer than hoped.
