Almost confident with payments, but some details were missing
The billing and payment part was decent but left me circling back a bit about certain details. The invoicing came through fine and was easy to download, which I appreciated. However, I felt that some information on the invoices could have been clearer; like, the breakdown of services or any recurring fees wasn’t as obvious as I hoped. I kept wondering if I was missing something or if the system just doesn’t show everything transparently. Also, the payment process was straightforward, but since the answers to my questions were a bit slow, that made me less confident at first. Towards the end, I managed to feel okay about it, though maybe a bit more detailed explanation upfront would have really helped. Overall, it worked, but some more clarity was definitely missing in the experience.
