all told, a mixed bag of help and self-discovery
I found the telephonic support fairly responsive when I needed guidance, but I also realized I had to solve a good number of issues on my own, navigating the software and understanding updates without direct assistance. This made the overall experience a bit frustrating at times, especially when dealing with the database feature where some functionalities weren’t as intuitive as I hoped. That said, the support did manage to answer critical questions and offered priority help when called. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward, requiring minimal help, which was a relief. So, while the communication wasn’t flawless and often required me to dig through training materials or experiment with settings, it did eventually get the job done. It felt like a balance between effective support and expecting end users to be somewhat self-sufficient, which worked fine for me but might test the patience of those looking for more hand-holding.
