All this felt like explaining the wheel again and again
The whole sales and pre-purchase experience with WFHI software felt like I was repeating the same information to different people over and over. First they asked basic questions about my needs, then the same questions came up during follow-ups. The order of steps started with initial contact, then a demo, then the invoice process, but sometimes they seemed to jump backwards in the conversation or skip an expected step – it didn’t really feel linear. I kept waiting for confirmation emails but sometimes didn’t receive them right away. Explaining what I wanted out of the calling tools and database felt exhausting because I had to re-explain the same points multiple times to different support reps. Meanwhile, the software features seemed promising, but this slow back-and-forth hurt my momentum. The setup process definitely needed a clearer, more sensible order so I wouldn’t end up repeating myself. Though once the payment was done, at least the onboarding started to feel somewhat more organized. But overall, the entire process felt like starting from scratch each time I reached a new stage.
