All the labels made sense after a bit of use
I found the software quite approachable once I got into it. Most of the wording and labels made sense and helped me navigate the different features smoothly. The dialer and the database tools were reasonably intuitive, and I could figure out where to go without too much hassle. However, I did notice that some labels in the sidebar were a little vague, which caused minor confusion at first. For instance, a couple of menu items could have been clearer in describing what they held. This wasn’t a deal-breaker because the training helped clarify those small doubts, and with the automatic updates, I expect things will only improve. Overall, the outcome is positive, with effective navigation possible within the software, and I feel comfortable using all its functions. A little more descriptive wording would polish the experience accordingly.
