all pre-purchase stuff was fine, setup was the main thing
I really liked that the sign-up and payment parts were smooth and simple which is good when you are handling multiple things. The invoicing section felt clear and there was no trouble figuring out how to pay or get invoices. But what stood out more was how the onboarding and training felt a bit like a one-time exercise rather than setup that you keep coming back to. After installing the software I noticed most of the heavier lifting was in those first few hours: learning the dialer, figuring out how the database integrates with calls, doing a few test runs. After that things seem stable but it left me wondering if more frequent refresher training might help. I'd say the software gets you going, but the ongoing workflow requires you to keep tinkering on your own or reach out for support when updates introduce changes. So if you want something that settles once set up and mostly runs itself, this is close but sometimes you do need to re-engage at least a little. Overall the balance between the pre-purchase ease and ongoing need felt quite natural and fair to me.
