All in all, felt like a slow patch of figuring it out

After signing up and getting started with the software, I found myself relying quite a bit on trial and error rather than clear guidance. The training was helpful in parts, but for a lot of what I needed to do day to day—especially around the dialer and using the database—I had to suss things out on my own. The automatic updates kept everything current but sometimes changed stuff suddenly without much heads-up, so I had to relearn certain features midweek. I'd say the telephonic support was available but not always super proactive; most of the time, I initiated the calls when I got stuck. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward enough, but, honestly, if the onboarding had been smoother with a bit more hand-holding, it would’ve saved me some minor headaches. Overall, the software does what it promises, but the amount of figuring things out myself caught me off guard and made me feel like I was working harder than I expected just to get set up properly. Still, with patience, I got there, but it took some extra time compared to what I hoped at the start.
