After all this time, I probably will still ask for help
Looking back at my experience with WFHI’s software, I realize that I struggled quite a bit with getting consistent access and understanding how the software components fit together. The onboarding flow was not as smooth as I hoped, and I often found myself needing telephonic support to clarify things, especially around setting up the database and using the calling tools effectively. While the software technically worked, it didn’t always feel intuitive, and many times I had to pause and seek assistance to move forward. Despite automatic updates rolling out, the changes didn’t always resolve the underlying confusion I had with the interface and terminology. The invoicing and payment process was one of the better parts, as it was straightforward and well-managed. However, because I had to rely on help multiple times, I suspect that if I needed to do it again in the future, I would likely need similar assistance. This suggests that the learning curve remains high and independent use is challenging for me even now.
