Adequate, But Not a Major Improvement
I had used other software before, so I came to this one with some expectations. The sign-up and payment process was quite standard, nothing special but nothing really problematic either. Using the dialer and other tools on a day-to-day basis worked alright, and I found the database feature somewhat helpful, though not significantly better than my previous solution. One downside was waiting times when I needed to access telephonic support; it was okay but not as quick as I'd have hoped. The automatic updates occasionally disrupted my workflow briefly, which I didn't like. Overall, I’d say this product is adequate for those who want basic features in one place but it may not offer enough advantages to switch from what they currently use. If you want something simple without major changes, this could work, but I wasn’t blown away to keep it as my first choice.
