Adequate billing, lacks some clarity compared to competitors
The billing and payment process overall works fine and is reliable. It simplifies managing invoices and payments without major issues. However, compared to other platforms I have used, the clarity of the payment breakdown isn't as comprehensive. Sometimes the description of charges could be clearer, which can cause moments of doubt during reconciliation. Still, the automated updates and telephonic support compensate this to some extent by providing timely help when needed. I find it competent but not fully optimized yet for the level of transparency I've seen elsewhere. The payment navigation is intuitive, and I expect it to improve further.
