Actually surprised how the work hours matched the billing, not what I expected
Hey, so about the billing and payments with WFHI, I gotta say I had mixed feelings. When I first signed up, I thought the billing cycle might be a little out of sync with how many hours I actually work, maybe because with remote stuff, your timing can get a bit all over. But it was kinda cool that the invoicing did seem to track the timeframes I was active in the software decently well. Like, the hours reflected mostly what I put in, which I didn’t really expect. On the flip side, some of the payment process was a bit confusing, like I wasn’t totally sure if adjustments were automatic or I had to manually update some stuff. Also, managing the database felt straightforward, but I did run into moments when the dialer tool acted a little laggy during peak hours, which threw me off a bit. Training seemed helpful but I felt maybe it could cover these nuances better to avoid last-minute surprises. Support was available but I used it mainly for clarifications rather than problems. So yeah, overall, I’m kind of on the fence because while the billing hours matched surprisingly well, a few glitches and unclear steps made the experience uneven.
