Access worked, but I might still need help next time
I expected the software and access setup to be smooth based on materials I read, and it mostly was. Signing up and getting access to the dialer and database initially went well without major glitches, which matched my expectations. However, I found that some of the labels and navigation options weren’t as user-friendly as I assumed they would be. This means I needed to reach out to telephonic support several times to clarify points I thought would be straightforward. Compared to other remote workflow tools I’ve used, this was a bit slower. That said, the automatic updates did fix some of these navigation issues as I used the software across a week, so the experience improved. I appreciated the promptness of invoicing and payment processing as expected, which made administrative tasks hassle-free. Overall, I would say I might require assistance again the next time I set up or use the system because some parts still feel less intuitive. Experience looks positive but with noteworthy room for improvement in user guidance.
