Access wasn’t user-friendly for my hours
From the start, I found the software access did not really fit the hours I operate in. Since I work mostly after standard business hours, I needed a system that would be reliable and responsive anytime I logged in, but that wasn't what I got. The dialer and calling features would occasionally lag or not function at all during off-peak hours which is frustrating when you're trying to get your tasks done. On the other hand, the sign-up and payment process was straightforward and smooth, without any issues. The database feature itself is good, but because the software performance dipped so much during my active hours, it was hard to make full use of it. I also tried reaching out for telephonic support, hoping to get some help with these technical glitches, but the response was slow and didn’t really solve the problem. So while some aspects like invoicing worked fine, the core software's inability to work consistently during my preferred working times meant it ultimately didn’t meet my needs. It felt like the system was designed mainly for a different schedule than mine, which led to a poor experience overall.
