Access was smooth but setup felt awkward and clunky
The software access provided was straightforward and getting logged in was hassle-free. However, when it came to the setup process, I found it cumbersome. Most of the setup felt like a one-time effort, but some tasks required ongoing adjustments which made it confusing to keep track of changes. For example, the database setup initially worked fine but whenever I tried to update contact information later, the changes didn't reflect consistently. Also, the automatic updates occasionally caused unexpected changes to the interface, which took time to get used to and disrupted workflow briefly. The telephonic support was responsive, but I felt some complex setup instructions could have been clearer. So, while access itself was fine, the blend of one-off and recurring setup tasks created confusion and made managing daily use more difficult than anticipated.
