Access was okay, but that one login step stood out oddly
When I first started using the software, I felt a bit mixed about how easy it was to feel confident navigating through it. What worked well was that once I got into the main dashboard and started using the dialer and database features, I found the tools quite intuitive. However, there was one part that stood out in a less positive way: the login and multi-factor authentication step. It took me longer than expected to set that up properly, and the support at that moment wasn't as immediately helpful as I had hoped. This delay made me doubt whether I'd be able to comfortably use the software day to day without running into access issues. That said, after I cleared that hurdle, I found that the automatic updates were reliable and the telephonic support, in general, felt accessible when I needed it. So, while I’m cautiously optimistic, I still think there’s room to smooth out that initial login experience to boost overall user confidence much earlier on.
