Access was mostly reliable but terminology confused me a bit
After spending several weeks using the software, I felt reasonably confident that I could navigate most parts without much trouble. Signing up and getting invoiced was straightforward, and the automatic updates ensured the system stayed current without me having to prompt anything. The database feature integrated well into my workflow, saving me time. However, one thing I found challenging was understanding some of the labels and option names in the dashboard. Sometimes the terms felt a bit technical or unclear, which slowed me down until I looked up explanations in the training materials. The telephonic support helped with a few points, though at times the wait felt a bit long. In all, the calling tools behaved consistently on a daily basis, and I appreciated how the software improved over time through updates. The terminology issue was the one weak spot that could use a bit more user-friendly language to increase confidence going forward.
