Access timing worked but software wasn’t perfect
I found the software access pretty convenient because it fit my work hours nicely, letting me log in when I actually needed. The calling tools, especially the dialer, worked without much lag through most of the week, which helped me stay on top of calls. However, some features in the database didn’t quite align with how I wanted to organize info. I had hoped for slightly more flexibility there to fit my preferred workflow, but it felt a bit rigid at times. The automatic updates generally improved the software and fixed bugs, but sometimes new features took a little getting used to during my active hours. Support was helpful when I did call, though I didn’t end up needing help often because the training covered a lot. The sign-up and payment process was simple and straightforward, no complications at all. So, while the software mostly worked well during my working hours and the basics were solid, I wish the database functionality had matched my way of working a bit better overall. That stuck out as the main downside in an otherwise decent experience.
