Access steps took a bit longer than expected
The software access and setup process was generally well organized and sensible. Each step was logically placed and instructions were clear, which certainly made it easier to understand how the database and dialer tools integrate. However, it did take a bit more time than I initially anticipated to fully complete the onboarding, especially while waiting for automatic updates to finalize. This slightly prolonged the overall setup duration but once done, I found the interface quite intuitive and the calling tools reliable throughout the first week of use. Although I wished the process felt a little faster, the clarity and structured flow made up for that small reservation. In summary, it took longer than expected, yet it was effective and aligned well with the functional goals I had in mind.
