Access steps made sense but multi-factor timing was off

The software’s access process had a logical order that made it clear what needed doing at each stage. I started by setting up my profile, then configuring the database, followed by integrating the calling tools. That sequence worked well because I could focus on one thing at a time without getting confused. On the other hand, the two-step verification was triggered unexpectedly before I’d finished some profile changes, which interrupted the thought flow. It felt like the timing could be improved so that the security check happens after the basics are in place. Also, updating software modules during that time slowed access slightly. In summary, the progression through setup was sensible overall, but a few interruptions took away some of the smoothness I was hoping for.
