Access setup worked well, but software interface confused me
Signing up for the WFHI software was straightforward, especially when it came to gaining access. The sequence of steps in the onboarding process mostly made sense; the email instructions were timely and clear, allowing me to get logged in without much hassle. That part was definitely smooth. However, once inside the platform, I found the software's navigation a bit unintuitive. Certain features like the database were buried under menus that didn't feel logically grouped, which slowed me down. I expected a more streamlined workflow that reflected the training material, but the reality was some trial and error before I got comfortable. Also, the dialer integration seemed clunky at first, although it performed reliably once I figured out the quirks. Overall, while the access and initial setup met my expectations well, the actual software layout could benefit from improvement to better align with how users naturally work.
