Access setup was smooth but confidence fluctuated
When I first gained access to the software, the initial setup went quite smoothly which made me feel confident at the start. The dashboard was fairly intuitive and allowed me to navigate through various features without too many problems. However, as I began to use the database tools more in depth, I realized some sections were less user friendly or had unclear instructions. That caused some hesitation and slowed down my workflow. Overall, while the access itself was successfully provided, my confidence in using the software fully was somewhat mixed due to those usability concerns.
