Access setup was okay, but ongoing hassles were tiring
Getting started with the software was straightforward enough, so I'll give them that. The sign-up process and initial setup didn't throw up many surprises, and I was able to log in without much trouble. But once I was into actually using the software on a daily basis, I found that a lot of it felt one-off and then needed constant babysitting. For example, the calling tools would sometimes not connect properly or would drop calls intermittently, which meant I had to manually reset them. The database feature promised smooth integration but syncing issues meant I kept losing track of updated contacts. It's like the software wanted a lot of attention and fixing every single day, which got tiring fast. The automatic updates didn't always help either—they sometimes messed with my settings and then I had to figure out what changed. Telephonic support was okay; I could get through but often it took a while before they understood my problem. I think they need to make ongoing access and stability much less fussy. Sign-up and payments were fine but the software itself didn't feel reliable for consistent daily work.
