Access mila achha, lekin responsiveness mein thoda slow tha
WFHI ki software access lene mein koi problem nahi thi; sign-up se lekar initial login tak sab smoothly hua. Lekin jab mujhe software se related kuch sawal poochne the, toh support team thodi slow thi response mein. Logon ne try kiya madad karne, par har baar turant jawab nahi mila. Jo issue mila, woh solve toh ho gaya, par usmein thoda waqt lag gaya. Mere liye final outcome theek tha, main unke software ka use kar paayi as planned. Bas thodi better response time hoti toh aur bhi acha hota. Poora experience dekhte hue main 4 star degi kyunki overall kaam chal raha hai lekin responsiveness mein improvement chahiye.
