Access glitches made confidence low
The software access part was quite troublesome. Initially, I was hopeful because the dashboard looked clean and approachable, but soon the glitches started. Logging in frequently failed without clear reasons, and I wasn’t sure if it was a problem from my side or the platform’s. At least the automatic updates were smooth and painless, so no complaints there. The training materials didn’t help me much to feel confident about resolving access issues either; they seemed a bit generic and not tailored. I tried calling support to get help, but I didn’t get any reassurance; the responses were slow and vague. Plus, the dialer tool took too long to connect, which was frustrating during my attempts to run workflows remotely. After spending quite some time trying different approaches, I felt weary and uncertain whether I could fully trust using the software for my purposes. It’s disappointing because the idea looked promising, but the reality of access problems really lowered my confidence.
