Access explanation was okay, rest not so much
The software itself was alright to use but the instructions were not clear at all. I had to figure out quite a bit on my own because the explanations seemed rushed or incomplete. It felt like I was being told things I was supposed to already know, which was frustrating since I was new to the platform. There was one part where the access settings were actually explained properly which was helpful, but everything else felt vague. Honestly, it was tiring trying to get through the basics with little real help. I wanted to get started quickly but had to keep going back and forth trying to figure out simple steps. Overall, it was more work than I expected, and I’m left wishing for clearer guidance in the future.
