About a week to really find my rhythm with onboarding
The onboarding and training process was fairly comprehensive, but I found that a significant portion of the learning curve came from exploring the software myself rather than the formal materials. The provided training sessions covered most basics, but I often had to figure out how some workflows and the dialer operated on my own. The initial setup and database population took some time, and the updates during the onboarding period occasionally changed interface elements, which required adjustment. Despite that, the telephonic support was responsive and helped with any clarifications, making the process smoother overall. I do wish the onboarding flow was a bit more structured or guided specifically for the nuances of remote workflow management. The invoicing and signing up were straightforward with clear instructions, and I appreciated the automatic updates that kept the platform current without needing manual interventions. All in all, while I spent around a week fully comfortable with the system, I think the balance of guided training and self-discovery worked for me, even if it required some patience. A bit more polish on onboarding flow would elevate the experience further, but I feel well-equipped now.
