Setup ka process thoda theek tha, matlab ek baar database integrate kar diya to baad mein smooth chal raha tha. Lekin continuous support kaafi missing lagti thi. Kabhi kabhi phone support se baat karne mein bhi wait karna padta tha, jo frustrating tha. Training sessions se samajh toh aayi ki software kaise use karna hai, par ongoing queries aur updates par proper follow-up nahi tha. Matlab initial stage achha tha, par jab software day-to-day use mein aata hai toh lagta hai ki thoda aur regular assistance chahiye hota hai. Is aspect mein ye thoda peeche rah gaya lagta hai.
