Aapka support bilkul waisa tha jaisa expect kiya tha, suitable for serious users
Mujhe lagta hai aapka telephonic support specially un logon ke liye best hai jo software ke detailed use mein genuine interest rakhte hain. Jo training aur communication aapne diya, woh mere expectations ko puri tarah meet karta tha. Main wo ladka hoon jo step-by-step guidance chahta hoon, aur aapki team ne har query ke liye waqt diya jo mujhe lagta hai important hai. Agar koi bas ek quick setup chah raha hai toh shayad woh frustrated ho sakta hai, lekin agar aap thorough understanding chaahte hain toh aapka setup aur support bilkul sahi hai.
