A wild ride but felt surprisingly smooth in the end
When I first started the WFHI training and onboarding, I hit a few snags that kinda threw me off. Some steps weren't exactly as clear as I hoped, and I ended up going back and forth a couple of times, which felt a bit frustrating at the moment. But then, once I asked for some help, things started to click. The workflow adjusted as I learned more, and the software updates seemed to fix some of those initial hitches I ran into. I liked that it wasn’t just a rigid process; it felt flexible enough to give me room to figure things out with some guidance. The calling tools also settled down pretty nicely, no phone craziness after a day or two. Honestly, I kept circling back to how the support made a difference—it wasn’t slick or perfect, but it was real and that helped me a lot. By the time I was fully set up, the whole thing felt surprisingly smooth despite that rocky start.
