A Useful Process for Those Ready to Learn
The sales and pre-purchase process with WFHI was designed in a sensible and straightforward order, which suited my approach to adopting a new remote workflow software. First, the sign-up and payment stages were clear and easy to navigate, with invoices sent promptly to facilitate record keeping. Next, the onboarding flow introduced the software’s features like the dialer and database modules in a logical sequence, helping me understand how each tool integrates into daily tasks. The training sessions were structured to build progressively on concepts without too much redundancy, although at times more detail could have been welcomed by those with prior experience. Telephonic support was available throughout, responsive and able to clarify most technical queries that arose after automatic updates changed certain functionalities. Overall, the stages felt well planned for someone who is ready to learn systematically, but those seeking a rapid, self-paced journey might find it a bit paced too slowly. Hence, I would recommend this to individuals or teams willing to invest time in gaining familiarity over a measured period rather than those wanting instant mastery.
