A Steady Effort From Setup to Go
The training and onboarding process was quite detailed and required a consistent effort over a few days. I navigated through the initial steps of setting up my profile and familiarising myself with the dashboard. The instructional videos were clear but needed careful attention to avoid missing important features. While overall the process was manageable, I can see that I might need help again next time, especially when dealing with more advanced tools like the dialer and database integration. The automatic updates seemed to install without issue, which is helpful, but I still feel that some parts of the training assume prior experience which I don’t yet have. Onboarding would have been smoother with a little more personalised guidance, but mostly it was good so far, just requiring time to absorb everything properly.
