A quiet start, but I guess it’s working out
I didn’t feel much excitement going into the sales process, mostly because I wasn’t sure how long it would take to really get going with the software and training. The sign-up took a few steps that seemed routine, and the invoicing was fairly standard, so nothing particularly stood out there. Once I began the onboarding flow, things progressed steadily but took longer than I expected to get completely comfortable with the calling tools and database features. They do provide some training, but most of it felt like self-paced discovery, which suits my style, though it might be challenging for someone wanting a lot of structured guidance. The automatic updates kept the software current without interruptions, which I appreciated. I’m still getting used to the dialer function, which took a bit of experimenting to find the settings that fit my workflow. So far, the payment process was smooth enough, and the telephonic support answered my questions promptly when I reached out. Overall, I feel it’s heading in the right direction even if it wasn’t a quick start.
