A pretty straightforward onboarding but could be smoother in sequence
Starting with the WFHI training and onboarding, I was directed first to the introductory videos, which gave a decent overview of the software capabilities. Then I moved on to learn about the calling tools, where I practiced using the dialer. This order made sense since I needed to be comfortable placing calls before managing my contacts in the database feature. After mastering the basics, the automatic updates section appeared, ensuring I understood how the software kept itself current without manual intervention. What I appreciated was that the training clearly broke down each main area into manageable units. However, I felt that the invoicing and payment process was covered a bit late in the flow, when it might have helped to understand these earlier on to plan my budgeting. Also, while the telephonic support feature was introduced toward the end, a small reference on when and how to use this could have been flagged during the early troubleshooting tips. Overall, the effort needed was reasonable, and once I made my way through, things became quite clear though slight rearranging could enhance the sequence.
