A mixed feel, more like a slow but steady ship
Coming from some other tools, WFHI’s software was okay but not an immediate wow for me. The sign-up and onboarding felt straightforward at first, but then as I got into the calling tools and dialer, there were moments when it seemed clunky compared to what I’d used before. What stood out was the database feature — I liked how it synced, but it took me a while to get used to the layout since it was different from my previous workflows. Support was quite average; useful when I called but sometimes it felt like a waiting game. The automatic updates were a nice surprise as they did not disrupt work much, which is always a plus. However, circling back, the entire software felt like it had potential but needed patience to get through the initial hiccups. I’d say it’s the kind of platform where steady use improves familiarity, but don’t expect lightning-fast efficiency right out of the gate. It’s not perfect, but it covers most bases after some getting used to.
