A mixed experience, not for everyone
I tried to go through the onboarding and training offered, and honestly, the explanations weren't as clear as I hoped. For someone who's new to remote workflow software like me, I found myself guessing what certain steps meant rather than being guided smoothly. The initial setup was a bit confusing because the instructions jumped around, instead of walking me through the flow. I think it might work better for folks who are more tech-savvy or have prior experience in similar tools. What I did appreciate was that the training materials were updated often, so at least the content didn't feel outdated. However, the pace and the way some topics were explained felt rushed, which made it harder to follow. If you're patient and willing to figure some things out on your own, this might not be a big issue. But I usually prefer more straightforward, step-by-step onboarding. I'd say for those who like hand-holding, this might not suit you. Still, I can see some utility for people who are comfortable exploring software with minimal help. Overall, the clarity didn't quite meet my needs during the early stages of using the platform.
