When I checked out WFHI, the info provided was a mixed experience. Some aspects were clearly explained, especially the features of the software, which is robust and user-friendly. However, I found that other points, particularly about pricing and ongoing costs, were a bit vague. I expected more transparency, considering the initial excitement about the training options available. The onboarding flow seemed to be adequate for the most part, but it could have included additional details to make everything clearer right from the start. Overall, while the software shows promise, I felt more clarity and better communication would improve the entire sales experience significantly. It’s decent, but it’s clear there’s room for improvement. They have the tools, but now they just need to deliver the right message without any ambiguity, especially for newcomers. Admittedly, I’m optimistic it’ll be smoother as I dive deeper into the product.
