When I first started the WFHI training and onboarding, I found the initial sessions quite repetitive

When I first started the WFHI training and onboarding, I found the initial sessions quite repetitive, especially regarding setting up the dashboard and linking the calling tools. There were moments I waited longer than expected for the next module to unlock, which felt a bit slow for my pace of learning. However, once I got past those early stages, the training became more streamlined and relevant to running remote workflows smoothly. The software updates also rolled out automatically during this time, which kept me updated without extra steps. I appreciated the clear instructions in the later sessions, although the onboarding did feel a bit drawn-out in parts. Overall, it was helpful enough to get me started, but I wish the process was a bit quicker and less repetitive at certain points. The dialer performed consistently, and the database feature integrated well with the workflow setup exercises, making those parts of training practical and useful. Even the support via calls was decent during onboarding whenever I needed help, though sometimes the wait was noticeable. Signing up and paying went without hitches, which was a relief compared to other parts. I would say the whole experience felt like a mixture of useful and frustrating elements, but it was manageable enough to keep going and gain the core skills needed for remote workflows.
