A Mix of Orderly Onboarding and Frustrating Repetitions
The training and onboarding process for WFHI's remote workflow software did not quite meet my expectations. While the initial steps were clear, I found myself often waiting around before the next session could start, which wasted time. Repetitive explanations during training sessions made me feel as though I was going over the same material more than necessary. This slowed my progress and sometimes made it difficult to stay engaged. The software itself had potential, but the onboarding did not support a steady, efficient learning curve. The invoicing and payment processes were simpler and proceeded without issues, so at least that part was smooth. The calling tools required a bit of trial and error outside of training, which felt like additional effort that the onboarding should have reduced. Overall, though I acknowledge some good structure in how things were set up, the waiting and repetition detracted considerably from my initial experience, leaving me less enthusiastic about moving forward.
